Dick Van Dyke
I think he’s so cool. “Mary Poppins” was one of my childhood favorites.
He’s on Craig Ferguson tonight and then I changed to Turner Classic Movies and “The Comic” is on. He seems like such a kindly fellow. Kind of like the male Betty White.
Jeez, he looks much better as an older man now than the way they made him up to look in this movie. Jiminy. Thank God...

VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED: Do not watch if you are allergic to big deals. This is me beating Jason Kapono, the NBA’s most accurate three point shooter, in a game of P.I.G. Also included is a heroic answer from John to Spencer Hawes’ long shot. We met Spencer and Jason on the first day of the trip and saw their team (the 76ers) beat the Suns last night. They turned out to be super good...

Ah.
Well, “Hellooo there!” I have not been as resourceful lately, my apologies, I was run down. Time for some lunch now.
I feel better.
I slept 11 hours. Wow. I feel pretty good despite the cold.
Score.
“The Empire Strikes Back” will forever be preserved in the Library of Congress in DC. Also getting confirmation from fellow Nerd Americans that it’s the best one in the series and it should have been placed in the Library of Congress before “A New Hope”. Word.

Mind you, if I were still at work I’d be leaving about an hour from now.

So the sound of a car going straight thru an intersection & another car making a left simultaneously is a lot like the sound of someone slamming a file cabinet drawer shut so hard the whole thing falls over. I didn’t see it but I turned to see an SUV and a sedan tonguing each other…oooh so taboo…

episode of Tosh.0
I almost don’t want to admit what I’m laughing at, but I can’t stop laughing, omg. Did anyone see the episode with two girls riding in a plane and one is vomiting into a bag when the plane hits a little turbulence and she ended up with a chunky facial? It’s the same episode with the hefty guy on the slip and slide who takes a face dive into the grass and the exuberant girl...
Oh, I get it. I remember.
What?
I just heard Darth Vader say: “When I told this joke in London, I didn’t know what a ‘One-Eyed Chubby’ was.”

Um. Uh. I am reserving the right to remain silent b/c I don’t know wth you talking about, Willis.
It’s official. My upstairs neighbor is a certified wink of a baboon’s ass.
It’s so sunny and clear today, I can’t stand it. Oh fair sun, these overcast days have wretched me so. Hark! Is that a swallow o’er yonder? O blessed day! Can’t wait to Zumba!
Have you ever sent a text to the wrong person? WHOOPS!!! Let’s see what the fallout will be. I’ve had a SLOW go this morning. Got to work when I felt like it (only 45 min early).
Hands down, my favorite Teena Marie song. →
I remember hoping my dad brought the “Quiet Storm” tape that had this song on it during our trips to NY during my formative years. I love this song. Second favorite is “Out On A Limb”. RIP Teena Marie.
